Abstarct: Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to prepare zoning maps of geotechnical parameters of Shahrood city and create a geotechnical information bank for Shahrood city. For this purpose, 12 seismographic tests of multi-channel analysis of surface waves were conducted in the city and the information of 101 geotechnical boreholes was collected. The data collected from the multi-channel analysis of surface waves were analyzed by SEISIMAGER software and the profiles of shear wave velocity and average shear wave velocity were prepared up to a depth of 30 meters and the information related to other geotechnical parameters of Shahroud Aem soil from friction angle, adhesion, modulus of elasticity and soil density using The information of the boreholes has been divided and extracted in different categories and depths, then by using the available data and different interpolation methods, geotechnical zoning maps of Shahrood city have been prepared using ArcGIS 10.8 software. Preparing such a basic information system, while having the ability to be completed and updated, can provide conditions for better estimation of geotechnical parameters in zoned areas. Five parameters of internal friction angle, adhesion, modulus of elasticity, density and shear wave speed of soil were zoned using kriging and IDW methods and the obtained results were compared with each other to choose the best prediction method. According to the obtained results, the average shear wave speed up to a depth of 30 meters varies between 317 and 860 meters per second. The results show that the area of Shahrood is often classified in group II and from east to west of the northern strip of Shahrood in group I according to the 2800 standard. Also, in the middle parts of the city, including Shahid Madani Street to Karamat Khak Boulevard, the soil is weak and of type III. The zoning maps prepared for the geotechnical parameters of the soil of Shahrood are only for the purpose of knowing the construction, estimating and estimating the initial value for the parameters, and the zoning of the parameters cannot replace the geotechnical tests.
